Problem

If you only drive for Uber and Bolt, you do not need a dispatch system. The platforms do that for you. But once you have your own direct customers, everything changes. A hotel books a chauffeur. A law firm books a driver for their client. A company books an airport transfer. These orders need someone to take them. Someone to assign a driver. Someone to coordinate.

In most rental-car businesses it goes like this. The phone rings. The boss writes a note on paper. Then he writes a WhatsApp to three drivers. Whoever answers first gets the order. The customer calls asking where the driver is — because nobody told him when the driver would arrive. And the boss writes the invoice a week later from memory.

That works with two direct customers per month. At ten it gets messy. At thirty you lose orders in WhatsApp chaos.

How Fahrly solves it

Dispatch in Fahrly is a live view of all direct-customer orders, drivers, and cars. Next to what runs on Uber and Bolt.

Orders come in centrally. By phone (you or your assistant take them down). By email (the corporate customer sends to a fixed address, Fahrly reads the customer and route automatically). By customer portal (the corporate customer books online themselves). Or by API from an existing booking system.

Assign drivers with drag-and-drop. You see in real time which drivers are free. Which cars are free. And where they are. Drag the order onto a driver — done. The driver gets a push message with all the details. The customer gets an automatic SMS with the arrival time.

Live status for everyone. "On the way," "Arrived," "Trip done" — the driver reports it in the app. Everyone sees the status. Delays are sent to the customer by SMS in advance. You only step in if something unusual happens.

After the trip, the invoice is automatic. The trip flows into Finance. The next invoice is already prepared — at your frame-contract price or single-trip price. No forgetting. No late add-ons from memory.

Who it is for

For every rental-car boss who serves direct customers next to Uber and Bolt. From ten orders per week, the difference is clear. You handle double the revenue with the same team. Nobody drowns in WhatsApp chaos anymore.

What Fahrly Dispatch is not

Not a replacement for Uber and Bolt. Not a route system for parcel services. Not a booking system for end customers. Passengers still come through the platforms or through the corporate customer. It is the control center for your direct customers. Next to your Uber and Bolt business.

An example

Omar Yılmaz runs a chauffeur service in Munich. He serves three hotels and two law firms. Before Fahrly, his wife sat in the office with a clipboard and a phone. She coordinated everything. Missed calls cost him two or three orders per week. With Fahrly, it works differently. Requests come in by email forward. The driver accepts them with a click. The customer gets the confirmation right away. His wife can now go to the school in the afternoon. Direct-customer revenue is up by 40 %.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Dispatch if I only drive Uber and Bolt?

No. For pure platform trips, Uber and Bolt handle dispatch themselves. Dispatch becomes important once you have direct customers. Corporate accounts, airport transfers, chauffeur services. Then you need your own view. And that is what Fahrly does.

How does a direct-customer order get into the system?

Four ways. By phone, entered by you or your assistant. By email forward to a fixed address. By customer portal, where the corporate customer books themselves. Or by API from an existing booking system.

Can the driver see the order on their phone?

Yes. As soon as the order is assigned, the driver gets a push message. With all the details. Customer, address, requested time, special notes. All in the Fahrly app on the company phone.

What happens if there is a delay?

The driver reports the status in the app. On the way, delayed, arrived. For bigger delays, the customer gets an SMS with the new arrival time automatically. You only step in if something unusual really happens.
