Problem

Uber shows you one revenue number. Bolt shows you another. But the question you really want answered is: what does my driver earn per hour? Net, after all costs?

Nobody gives you that number. Uber does not say. Bolt does not say. Your Excel sheet cannot work it out. Because the data comes from three systems. Without this number, you decide blind. Which driver do I use when? Which shift is really profitable? Is Bolt Comfort worth more than Uber Green? Should we even drive on weekends?

How Fahrly solves it

Business Intelligence in Fahrly brings Uber and Bolt data together with your costs. Fuel, workshop, wages, leasing. Fahrly works out the one number that counts. Net hourly pay per driver, per platform, per hour.

Best hours per city. Fahrly shows you for Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, or any other city: in which hours does which platform pay better? In Berlin, Uber is stronger in the morning (airport business). Bolt is stronger in the evening (nightlife). You steer your drivers by that. Same work time. Clearly more revenue.

Driver ranking with real numbers. Who brings the highest net hourly revenue? Who has the most rejections? (That costs rating, and later trips.) Who has the most complaints? Together, that gives a clear picture. Who do you have to keep? Where does coaching pay off?

Margin per car in real time. Revenue from Uber, Bolt, and direct customers minus all costs. Divided by active days. You see right away: which car makes a profit? Which one makes a loss? You sell loss-making cars before repairs eat the resale value completely.

Weekly report Monday 7am. A two-page PDF. The five most important numbers. The three biggest changes vs last week. Read in five minutes. It gives you the basis for every decision of the week. No Excel. No dashboard.

Who it is for

For every rental-car business with three or more cars. With one car, you learn in a month which shifts pay. With five cars, you make data-based decisions with BI. That easily adds 1 to 2k € in margin per month. With twenty cars, BI is the difference. Between a growing business and a standing one.

What Fahrly BI is not

Not a data warehouse. Not a big-data system. Not a replacement for a controller. Fahrly BI is deliberately lean. Cut to the questions a rental-car boss should be asking every day. If you use Power BI or Tableau in-house, you get the data by CSV or API. And keep working in the tool you know. No data gaps. No double entry.

An example

Hassan Kaya has eight cars in Frankfurt. Before Fahrly, he thought: "Weekend is good, because Uber shows lots of requests." After the first month with BI, he saw: Friday and Saturday nights bring many trips, but the kilometers are short. Net per hour: 12 €. Sunday morning to the airport brings fewer trips. But they are long. Net per hour: 21 €. He changed the shift plan. Two weeks later the drivers were happier. Revenue went up by 18 %. Without more work.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see which platform runs better in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich?

Yes. Fahrly shows net hourly pay per driver, per platform, per hour. You see right away: in Berlin, Uber is better in the morning, Bolt in the evening. In Hamburg it is the other way around. You steer your drivers by that. More revenue. Same work time.

How do I see a driver's real hourly pay?

Revenue minus platform commission minus fuel share, divided by logged hours. Fahrly works it out automatically. Empty runs and wait time are included. You see the number that really counts. Not the one Uber shows you.

Does this help me if I only have one car?

Yes, but the benefit is smaller than with several cars. With one car, you learn in a month which shifts pay. With five cars, you decide weekly plans, driver rotations, and car sales by data. That is where BI really pays off.

Can I use the data in Excel or Power BI?

Yes, all by CSV or API. Excel users export weekly. Power BI or Metabase users plug Fahrly in as a data source.
