How the model works
There are three levels: Bronze at 15 %, Silver at 20 %, and Gold at 25 %. That is your commission (your share of the money). You get it every month. As long as the customer pays.
Bronze is for the start. You refer a business now and then. A tax advisor with two referrals per year fits here. You need no minimum revenue. Fahrly does the full onboarding.
Silver starts at 2,5k € revenue per month. You get a fixed partner manager. That is your named contact at Fahrly. You can also buy cheaper for your own fleet.
Gold starts at 10k € revenue per month. You may onboard customers yourself, after a short training with us. That is why the commission is higher. You also sit at the top of our partner directory on fahrly.de.
The commission runs every month. You get your report by the fifth working day. You send an invoice to Fahrly. We pay in 14 days.

The path into the program
You fill out the form. You talk to our partner team for 20 minutes. We check your trade register and your USt-ID (your VAT number for sales). You sign a short two-page contract. From first message to first referral: about one week.
For big consulting firms, you talk to our CEO Yasmin Demir. Custom tiers are also possible.
Frequently asked questions
›Who counts as a referred rental car business?
Any business you name to us before they contact Fahrly. You get your own partner code. Or you introduce the customer by email. For customers already with Fahrly, there is no commission.
›How long does the commission run?
As long as the customer pays Fahrly. We calculate every month on net revenue (revenue without tax). We pay out the next month. There is no end date. If the customer stays five years, you get money for five years.
›Can I onboard my customers myself?
At Bronze and Silver, Fahrly does the onboarding (the first setup). You can join. At Gold, you onboard on your own after a one-day training with us. That is why the Gold commission is higher.
›Is there territory protection?
No. We work with many partners in one city. We work with many partners in one industry. Whoever names the customer first gets the commission. Simple and fair.
›How is the commission paid out?
Every month by wire transfer to your business bank account in Germany or the EU. You send an invoice to Fahrly GmbH. We send you the report by the fifth working day. We pay in 14 days.
›What documents do I need to become a partner?
Your trade register extract. Your USt-ID (your VAT number for sales). A business bank account. And a short call with our partner team. From first contact to first referral: about one week.
