How the calculator works
The calculator splits your costs into three blocks. First: the base price. That's the trip out, meet-and-greet and empty return. Second: the distance times your per-kilometer rate. Third: the waiting time times your waiting rate. This sum is your break-even. That's not your selling price yet. On top comes your target margin. Now you have the price for the customer.

For a Mietwagen with a Mercedes E-Class or VW Passat, fair rates land at 1.80 to 2.50 euros per kilometer. Premium like S-Class or V-Class starts at 3 euros. Use your real costs. Not the Uber price, which is often too low.
›How much waiting time should I plan?
For an airport pickup, at least 15 to 30 minutes. For delayed flights, waiting in the arrivals hall and luggage. For return flights, 5 to 10 minutes of buffer. Pricing the waiting matters. Otherwise you pay for the passenger's delay yourself.
›Fixed price or meter?
For airport transfers customers almost always want a fixed price. Good for you: one clean calculation, one clear price. Bad for you: you carry the traffic risk. So always add waiting time and a buffer.
